Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SmartClass Tech. website, engineering consulting services, preliminary Bill of Quantities (BOQ) estimators, and turnkey Audio-Visual integration contracts.
2. Quotations & Engineering BOQs
Preliminary estimates generated online or via email are budgetary proposals based on customer-submitted room parameters. Final binding pricing is subject to on-site acoustic/sightline validation (DISCAS), structural survey, and formal execution of a signed Purchase Order or Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Hardware Supply, Warranty & OEM Standards
All hardware supplied (Interactive Flat Panels, Digital Podiums, Laser Projectors, DSP Audio Processors, PTZ Cameras) carries standard OEM manufacturer warranties (typically 3 to 5 years). On-site technical support, emergency MTTR SLAs, and scheduled preventative maintenance are executed in accordance with our AMC SLA Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All engineering schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), DSP configuration files, touch panel GUI layouts, branding marks, and website content remain the intellectual property of SmartClass Tech. or their respective licensing partners.
5. Limitation of Liability
SmartClass Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, building power fluctuations, or customer-modified cabling outside authorized maintenance agreements.
